Friendly staff and quick check-in process.

Upon arrival, I found that the room size was disappointingly small for my family. We had booked a double room, but what we received felt cramped and lacked essential amenities. the elevator was slow, which added to our frustration, especially with luggage in tow.

Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety (those croissants were incredible! ! ) and a very helpful staff that fulfilled all our requests. The location was perfect for exploring the historic centre (so convenient! ).

The kitchen in the family apartment could be better equipped (no microwave or dishwasher), making meal prep a bit tricky.
